1 Day Course in Coventry 1-to-1 Training | £ 200+VAT
The aim of this course is to get translators started with SDL Trados™ Studio 2021 and SDL MultiTerm (both Freelance and Professional). The course gives an overview of the main concepts behind this CAT tool and of its main functions.
Type of Course: one to one or groups (max. 10 participants).
Dates and times: flexible and to be proposed by the participants.
Location: at our office in Conventry or at your premises or online with Zoom or Teamviewerr.
Duration: the training lasts between 4 and 5 hours depending on whether it is a one-to-one or a group training.
– Freelance translators with little or no knowledge of CAT Tools.
– Outsourcers who want to get new expertise.
– Project managers / Agencies who want to learn new techniques to improve ROI.
At the end of the course the participants will be able to:
- Understand how CAT Tools work;
- Understand the Views in SDL Trados Studio 2021;
- Understand the single-file and the project workflows;
- Understand the importance of the different settings;
- Understand how to create a Project, a Project Package and/or receive a Project Package;
- Understand how to work in the Editor;
- Understand how to create a Return Package;
- Understand how to create an SDL MultiTerm glossary (TermBase).
