I did a 4-hour workshop to get started on Wordfast a few months ago in London with Roberto. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and has a tried and true method to start using the software straightaway. With his combined skills in IT and Wordfast, he was able to help me get where I needed and solve my initial problems with the software. And he was available to help iron out my first difficulties in the first few days after our session. The workshop was extremely helpful, I’m very happy with Roberto’s role as Wordfast trainer.
